Help Desk Support Center

Our web-based Support Center is designed to allow our clients to outsource their Help Desk requirements at a fraction of the cost of maintaining an in-house program. Our Center receives calls, logs the request, assigns a pre-designated person for resolution and sends confirmation letters to all parties both when the request is logged in and upon resolution of the issue. The caller can access the status of all requests at any time via the web.
